A report is a one-time research PDF. It is not a subscription, a grant, or a promise that a foundation will fund you.
The product
Peer Funder Report, sold by PluritenOne LLC, is a ranked list of private foundations compiled from public IRS Form 990-PF filings. A single report is $49. A 3-pack is $129 and covers three reports. You describe the first organization when you order and email the other two after payment. Nothing renews.
What you can rely on
Filings typically lag 1–2 years. Foundations change guidelines, staff, and deadlines after they file. We aim for 25–50 foundations and deliver fewer when the public record has fewer relevant ones. We do not guarantee that any foundation will make a grant, answer an inquiry, or keep the application process described in a filing.
Delivery
We email the PDF within 5 business days of payment. If we miss that window you may cancel for a full refund. Refunds for thin reports are described in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Your use of the report
You may use the report to research funders for the organization it was prepared for, including sharing it with that organization's board and grant writer. Don't resell it, publish it as a database, or present example pages on this site as live fundraising advice. Example pages are labeled and are not reports.
Acceptable use
Don't submit someone else's email, attempt to break the forms, or use the site to store information we didn't ask for. We may refuse an order that we can't fulfill, and we'll refund anything already paid.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PluritenOne LLC is not liable for lost grants, declined applications, or decisions you make from a report. Our responsibility for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don't allow certain limits, and those laws still apply.
