Refund policy

Thin reports

Email support@pluritenone.com within 14 days of delivery. If the report lists fewer than 10 relevant funders, we refund the full price of a single report ($49).

A funder counts as relevant when the public 990-PF record shows grants to organizations in the same NTEE cause you described, in your state or in the neighboring region the report says it covered. A foundation that only shares a city, or only shares a broad "charity" label, does not count.

3-packs

Each delivered report is judged on its own. A thin report is refunded at $49. If you cancel the 3-pack before any report is delivered, we refund the full $129.

Late or undelivered reports

If we have not emailed the report within 5 business days of payment, you can cancel for a full refund of the amount paid.

How the money goes back

Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe. We don't keep the card number, so we can't send it anywhere else. Email support@pluritenone.com from the address on the order and include the organization name.
